  • We require a first night deposit on all reservations.
  • Rollaway $10; Crib no charge.

  • All Major Credit Cards, Bank Check or Money Order will be accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • We require a one-night deposit on all reservations on a Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover to guarantee the reservation.
  • All rooms and cottages are NON-SMOKING.
  • Lake ‘N Pines Check In time: 2 PM Check-out: 11 AM
  • Lake ‘N Pines Motel Cancellation Policy:
  • MOTEL ROOMS: We require cancellation/modification of reservation by phone FIVE (5) DAYS prior to the date of your reservation arrival; an appropriate refund will be returned to you at that time.
  • COTTAGES: We require cancellation/modification of reservation by phone FOURTEEN (14) DAYS prior to the date of your reservation arrival; an appropriate refund will be returned to you at that time.
  • All Reservations: A non-refundable $20 cancellation fee is charged on all cancellations.
  • 2024 Hall of Fame Weekend Reservation: Any reservation over the National Baseball Hall of Fame Weekend, July 19th - 22nd will have a cancellation/modification policy of THIRTY DAYS prior to the date of your arrival. A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of the 1st-night deposit is required. Any reservation canceled after that time period will lose their entire stay amount. Any cancellation for that weekend regardless of the 30 days will lose their 1st-night deposit. Full payment is due 30 days prior and the credit card on file will be charged on June 18th, 2024. If the BHOF Weekend is postponed or moved to a new date, the reservation and deposit will be moved to the new date. The one night deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. All reservations over BHOF Weekend must start on Friday night.
  • Please note that you are responsible for ALL NIGHTS reserved if the above cancellation policy is not followed. Any adult or child participating in a tournament in which housing is provided (i.e. DreamsPark) are not considered registered guests at Lake ‘N Pines Motel, therefore they may not use our facilities. If you leave earlier than your original departure date due to elimination at DreamsPark, you will still be responsible for the entire length of stay.
