The downstairs is an open concept kitchen, dining and living room area with large windows facing Otsego Lake. The living room has a 55” Smart TV with included cable TV. The downstairs bedroom offers a room with one king size bed, 43” smart TV, and off it a full bathroom. Also included is a laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer.

The upstairs has 2 bedrooms, both bedrooms are lake facing, furnished with one queen size bed and a 43” smart TV. There are two full bathrooms upstairs, each having a walk-in shower. In addition there is common area with 2 twin size beds and another with a queen-size pull-out couch and 55” Smart TV.

The square footage of the house is 1,500. Private WIFI is included. The house has its own large private deck area with outdoor dining table and propane BBQ grill.
